We are looking for a kitchen chef that will oversees a restaurant’s kitchen by managing other members of the food preparation team. Deciding what dishes to serve and adjusting orders to meet guest request. May assist in prep work, such as chopping vegetables but more often will be involving in cooking specialty dishes.

* Previous experience in similar role an advantage
* Good communicator, well spoken and presented
* Must be reliable, honest and hardworking
* Ability to produce high quality consistent food
* Able to work under pressure
* In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
* Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.
* Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment.
* MUST BE A NI-VANUATU CITIZEN.
